JOB DESCRIPTION
Respond to and resolve end-user inquiries related to hardware, operating systems, printers, and standard desktop applications.
Log and manage support tickets, ensuring all issues and resolutions are properly documented in the ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and set up PC hardware, laptops, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, VPN, wireless networks, internet browsers, and Outlook email.
Offer hands-on assistance for basic desktop needs and provide user training when necessary.
Support and maintain both internal and external software applications.
Assist in identifying and implementing new applications to improve business operations.
Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by your superior.
