In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in technical support and troubleshoot any hardware and software problems related to server, in-house ERP system and storage devices.
Responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring all installed IT systems and infrastructure
- Support all IT related projects such as in-house ERP system maintenance and integration.
- Implement security, back up and redundancy strategies to maintain data safety
- Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.
- Software Development Fundamentals & Process
- Analyzing information, General programming skills, Software debugging, documentation & testing.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
