Overview
Maintains and supports the integrity of the IT environment by supporting end user’s requests, and local infrastructure including Storage, Network and Server stability.
Responsibilities and Achievements
Primary:
- Provide local IT support for users and Helpdesk, remotely and on site in Stavanger and Swindon
- ensuring a high level of uptime for all users
- Perform systems maintenance tasks, such as back-up, recovery and file maintenance.
- Administer, install and troubleshoot Windows computers and other technologies in place (meeting room, specific hardware, )
