This position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems effectively support lending operations, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include aligning system functionality with business workflows, supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, and configuring, testing, and implementing technology solutions and updates.
