It Systems Analyst - Unified Commerce And Retail Solutions

Overview This is a techno-functional role within IT Marketing and Sales Omnichannel & Unified Commerce, supporting the Unified Commerce & Retail solutions cluster in delivering and evolving Retail, e Retail, and related commercial business processes across markets. The position acts as a key link between business, data, and technology, ensuring a consistent end-to-end approach across the Retail ecosystem. It contributes to core capabilities such as Retail Execution / Perfect Store, e Retail enablement, and content and syndication dependencies, with the objective of improving how Retail capabilities are designed, delivered, and scaled globally. Over time, the role is expected to take on deeper technical ownership, including System Lead responsibilities for Retail or e Retail solutions and commercial portals, covering roadmap definition, lifecycle management, and service outcomes while continuing to act as a trusted techno‑functional advisor.
