Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms & Services (ETIPS) is leading the modernization of United Health Group legacy and on-prem landscape with a thoughtful migration to the cloud to help create more flexibility for speed and stability for end users. As the owner of ETIPS technology portfolio, we are exploring new ways of delivering these investments and seeking a strategic partnership to co-deliver and accelerate our ambitious and innovative agenda. Vendor will provide technology services for Core Technology components
Responsibilities:
Support the IT Service Management teams in the development of content and materials (and not limited to):
ITSM process review/development
ITSM Op Ex Share Point administration
ITSM training and web usage/analytics
Development and production of Optum ITSM training Learn Source courseware related to ITSM
Op Ex processes, e.g., Incident Management, SLO specific.
