Key and Periodic Activities

  • 1) Respond and resolve all IT-related issues and concerns which include but not limited to hardware, software, cyber security, and network.
  • 2) Maintain and/or retain detailed records of IT-related supports.
  • 3) Receive and process requests for purchase of IT-related devices, upon approval.
  • 5) Grant system accesses, upon approval.
  • 6) Ensure that the data backup is carried out regularly, and create records as supporting documents.
  • 7) Evaluate requests for provision of technological hardware and endorse them to the IT Manager for review and approval, when necessary.
  • 8) Report updates to the IT Manager, and elevate issues, when necessary.
