To drive innovation and future readiness of the GMA application by leading technology research, proof of concept (POC) initiatives, and experimentation with emerging technologies. The role is responsible for identifying, validating, and industrializing new ways of working, architectures, tools, and platforms that enhance scalability, resilience, developer productivity, and customer experience—while ensuring solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with business strategy. The IT Research and Development Lead acts as a bridge between innovation and delivery, enabling the organization to adopt modern engineering practices and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
