This role involves providing outstanding customer service to Italian‑speaking customers, assisting them with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, payments, and delivery status
• Assist with resolving customer complaints, returns, and refunds efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Stay updated on product catalog, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information
