IT/Digital Support Analyst

An excellent job opportunity has arisen within the Digital / eHealth Dept. of NHS Golden Jubilee University Hospital. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in the support of the eHealth/Digital Services within the Board. Which comprises of the Golden Jubilee University Hospital, Research Institute, Innovation Centre & Conference Hotel.

You will be part of the IT Service Desk and Customer Support Team and provide 1st & 2nd Line Support resource, addressing Customer problems and logging incidents and requests through the Service Desk application. Carrying out routine support tasks in line with Departmental standards and procedures, you will join a team of dedicated support professionals who take pride in the standard of service they provide to their Customers.
