Overview
We are looking for an experienced ITIL Certified Trainer (PeopleCert) to deliver ITIL training and prepare learners for ITIL Foundation and advanced PeopleCert exams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ITIL training aligned with PeopleCert curriculum and frameworks.
- Deliver both foundational and advanced ITIL modules depending on expertise.
- Provide clear, practical IT Service Management (ITSM) examples.
- Guide learners through exam preparation, practice questions, and course materials.
Requirements
- ITIL Certified Trainer through PeopleCert (mandatory).
