Experience Level- 5+ years of strong experience and proven specialization in ServiceNow ITOM implementation
- Strong Hands on – CMDB and Discovery - Major
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- ServiceNow CSA, ITOM – Discovery, Data Foundations CMDB & CSDM
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions to meet client requirements.
- Configure and manage Discovery (MID Servers, schedules, credential management, patterns) and ensure reliable CI population.
- Establish and maintain CMDB governance and data quality, including CI class modeling, relationships, lifecycle, and data standards.
- Configure Identification and Reconciliation (IRE), including identification rules and reconciliation behavior across data sources.
