Gather/structure/document requirements across OT, IT and business
Collaborate with OT engineers, IT teams, cybersecurity and business units
Develop process models, user stories and functional specifications
Define how data flows from operational systems into IT and cloud environments (end-to-end IT/OT data flow)
Translate requirements into target architectures connecting SCADA, edge, historian and cloud
Define secure OT-to-IT & cloud connectivity models, including landing zones and hybrid setups
Create/communicate as-is & target architecture diagrams ( ArchiMate, , Lucidchart, PowerPoint, Visio)
Establish reusable diagram templates and visualization standards
