 Administration, Konfiguration und Beratung der aktuellen All for One Group-ITSM-Plattform (Solution Manager) sowie Begleitung der Transformation auf die neue ITSM-Plattform (ServiceNow)
 Du konfigurierst und entwickelst IT- und Geschäftsprozesse, Datenmodelle sowie Workflows
 Du koordinierst Kundenanforderungen mit den Entwicklern, welche diese technisch umsetzten
 Du übernimmst Verantwortung und leitest eigenständig (Teil-)Projekte
 Du arbeitest entsprechend unserer Projektmethodik eng mit internen wie externen Projekt-/Entwicklungsteams zusammen: von der Konzeption über die Prozesseinführung und der Integration bis zum Go-Live
