Java Technical Delivery Lead

Lead the technical design, delivery, and quality of our Workflow & Automation initiatives. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach in designing scalable solutions, managing offshore and vendor teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and technical excellence. You will be instrumental in overseeing technical governance, driving process improvements, and mentoring a talented engineering team to deliver robust, efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end process of technical solutioning, from initial requirements through to final delivery. Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable technical designs. Own key design decisions and ensure alignment with offshore/vendor solutions.
