JDE Developer

This position is responsible for the design, development, operation, and maintenance of IT computer systems and JD Edwards ERP HR software applications. The engineer applies technical knowledge to define strategic direction within the discipline and to solve complex business problems through a systematic, disciplined approach, using software, hardware, and communication technologies. Key environment: JDE application version 8.12 on a DB2 database running on an IBM i (AS/400) system. The candidate must be able to query the DB2 database on the AS/400 to research and resolve issues. Discipline-specific duties: Apply engineering principles to the design, development, and testing of JD Edwards Human Capital Management. Build solutions using JDE technologies such as RDA, FDA, TDA, NER, BSFN, OMW, ER Compare, Visual Studio, and data dictionary tools.
