Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

 3+ years of experience as a JIRA and Service Now administrator, or similar role

 Proficient in JIRA and Service Now administration, configuration, and customization

 Knowledge of JIRA and Service Now APIs, webhooks, and script runner

 Experience with agile software development methodologies and best practices

 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
