Job Description : Required Qualifications
Proven experience administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
Strong understanding of workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and automation rules
Demonstrated experience integrating Atlassian with external tools and platforms using APIs and scripts
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments , including identity management, change control, and governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to think systematically and balance technical precision with user experience
Desirable Skills
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Power Shell, Groovy)
Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM framewor...
