We are currently recruiting for an experienced JLR Diagnostic Technician to join a busy automotive operation in Livingston. This is a specialist role working on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, carrying out advanced diagnostics, fault finding, repairs, and system updates to manufacturer standards.

The Role:

As a JLR Diagnostic Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, and software faults

Using JLR diagnostic systems, including TOPIx

Carrying out advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, hybrid, and EV systems

Completing module programming, coding, and software updates

Following JLR repair methods, technical bulletins, and manufacturer procedures

Completing accurate job cards, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation

Managing diagnostic workloads and prioritising repairs effectively
