Joint Training Systems Specialist

The Opportunity:

Conduct training and readiness support across all four phases of the Joint Training System. Develop appropriate C/JMETL for the organization. Assist in the writing of Combined and Joint Training plans. Provide support to Significant Military Exercise for the collection of Training Objective Observations and Training Objective Evaluations. Assist the client in the assessment of training objective accomplishment and prepare written readiness assessments. Provide guidance, program administration, and technical training for the Joint Training Tool (JTT) utilization during the four phases of the JTS. Provide training, up to 4 times per year, to command and commander in meeting milestones defined in current versions of CJCS Joint Training Policy: CJCSI 3500.01, and Joint Training Manual: CJCSI 3500.03f.
