Journeyman Pipefitter

Stellar is seeking Pipefitters to plan, lay-out, position and align fabricated parts of mechanical, structural, and miscellaneous assemblies. You will install, test and repair all types of pipe and similar tubular products in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards as well as perform other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by supervision. Must be familiar with HVAC systems, plumbing systems and industrial plant utilities utilizing boiler systems, steam piping, compressed air systems, hot and cold water piping systems, and other process systems.

Regarding the portion of the work assigned, develop complete understanding of design plans and specifications. Plan, lay-out, install and/or repair all types of pipe and/or similar tubular products in accordance with those plans and specifications.
