:Responsibilities:
Work directly with maintenance team on-site
Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosis of product issue
Interface with customer, product support and sales support
Working with the on-site maintenance team
Providing support with reference to on-site safety requirement
Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment
Various related duties as required
Qualifications:
Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Certification required (Red Seal preferred)
5+ Years Off Road Mechanical Experience recommended
Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
