Description

:
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Internal field service and walk in customer parts sales orders
  • Promote and demonstrate safe work practices
  • Completing tasks that are assigned by supervisor/management
  • Sourcing Cat and Non-Cat parts and managing backorders

    • Other functions may include but are not limited to:

  • NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts
  • Procurement of non-CAT parts
  • Managing backordered parts

    • Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledge
  • Qualified apprentices may be considered based on experience
  • A high performance, positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships
  • Clearly demonstrate enthusiasm about their work and must be able to function effectively and purposefully in a dynamic environme...
