• SUMMARY This role will perform accounting tasks including processing of accounts payable/accounts receivables and general entries under direction and intercompany processing. Reports to: Accounting Manager: Rodrigo Miranda Chief Financial Officer (All Star Seed U.S Entity): Fernando Santiago

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Accounts Payable

• Match purchase order forms and packing slips with vendor invoices, and record the necessary information
• Insure authorized approval of vendor invoices before payment
• Vendor statement reconciliation
• Code vendor invoices with general ledger account, department, sub-department per accounting department business rules
• Process vendor and internal payments and fund transfers utilizing checks and wire transfer request
• Record automatic payments as required
• Company credit cards receipt reconciliation
