Jr. Customer Support Officer

The role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective account management and market coordination.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain healthy customer accounts and optimized credit utilization through timely collections and regular reconciliation of customer statements.
• Implement corporate marketing promotion programs and other relative initiatives to support sales objectives.
• Gather market intelligence and report relevant information to superiors.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Optimize sales coverage to ensure every customer receives timely attention, accurate requirement gathering, and responsive support throughout the engagement.
• Ensure an up-to-date monthly Quality Objectives (QO).
