Job Summary

Leading planning activities as needed to meet annual performance objectives, as well as promoting APW tools to achieve standardization of the NMEX own fleet management. Fulfill skills development and human resources through the annual plan. Cross Functional collaboration for understanding, observance, and working plan execution to ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation, as well as permits and payment obligations based on the type of transportation operations within logistics flows under NMEX own fleet responsibility.

Show leadership and provide necessary coaching to the team for managing and mitigating risks related to operations, as well as for resolving problems or conflicts with other areas involved operationally.

Operation: Local parts in‑house ground transportation, last‑mile logistics, finish vehicle transportation. Scope: All NMEX plants, dealers, parts suppliers.
