Jr Mgr Own Fleet Local (Aguascalientes)

Overview

Leading planning activities as needed to meet annual performance objectives, as well as promote APW tools to reach standardization of NMEX Own Fleet management. Fulfill with skills development and human resources through annual plan.

Cross Functional collaboration for understanding, observance and working plan execution to ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation, as well as permits and payment obligations based on type of transportation operations within logistics flows under NMEX own fleet responsibility.

Show leadership and provide necessary coaching to the team for management and mitigation of risks related to operation, as well as for problems resolution or conflicts with other areas involved operationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining own fleet as a highly competitive division vs. rental carrier lines.
• Strategies execution (short and medium term) and decision making focused on the business.
