We are looking for a skilled culinary professional who will be responsible in supporting the Main Kitchen Team in ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Accountabilities
Creates and develops new dishes and recipes buy keeping up with the latest market trends.

Plans, coordinates and supervises menu implementations in a timely manner as well as proper documentation of the former

Comply with all the policies, procedures, work instructions and monitoring requirements in accordance with Peninsula Manila Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005 and attends trainings as necessary to assure effectiveness of food safety process.

Resolve food safety and quality issues

Implement corrective actions and control nonconforming products.
