 Our client, a leading business communications company are currently recruiting a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a 15-month fixed term contract.
 As the Junior Account Manager, you will be working on a hybrid model where you will be required to work in the Bristol office 2 days per week.
  Mani Duties: 
 Assist in the BAU Management of the allocated client base.
 Own complex issues and, as the main point of escalation, provide full-detailed resolutions with full responsibility for updating key stakeholders
 Attend daily Production Meetings.
 Host and participate in monthly 3rd party review meetings.
 Relationship management with Client BAU contacts.
 To ensure all BAU activity is charged according to the client contract.
