Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Closing (Medical and Pharma Entities):
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and monitor weekly accounts receivable aging and collection reports.
- Review intercompany reconciliations prepared by AP and AR functions and follow up on outstanding differences.
- Coordinate the month-end closing timetable, monitor progress across functions, and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
