At CORUS, we are looking for a Junior Application Support to join our team on an international issurance project.
Location: Hybrid from Barcelona
You will:
- Providing technical support for our internal procurement applications.
- You will be responsible to manage escalations and complaints, working directly with our stakeholders to resolve service issues.
- Analyze and make recommendations to process and application improvements.
- Create and maintain application and support documentation.
You should have
- :At least 3 years of 2nd or 3rd level application support experienc e and are familiar with the concepts of ITIL, DevOps or Agil e
