Junior Automation Developer (BPMN / Camunda)
Associate or Graduate level.
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines.
Working arrangement: Remote-first – work from home about 90% of the time. In person about once a month for team get-togethers and when clients visit, using any of our Metro Manila offices across BGC, Makati, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Pasay, Alabang or Quezon City (whichever is closest to home).
Working hours: 7am – 4pm Sydney time, aligned with our Australian delivery team.
Reports to: Engineering Lead, Manila.
Mentor: Every Innovo engineer is paired with a dedicated mentor, separate from their reporting line.
Team size: Manila engineering team of 50, working with Sydney delivery leadership.
Employment type: Full-time. Regular employment following the standard 180-day probationary period.
