**What You’ll Be Doing**
The **Junior Business Analyst** role is a multiskilled, cross-functional position responsible for conducting user research, creating detailed process flows, business requirements gathering, and translating business needs into automated, digitized and scalable system and process needs, document user stories in JIRA, creating software requirement specifications and other documentation artifacts.
