Role:
 Serve as the liaison between the client and the technical team;
 Actively participate in meetings with the client in English;
 Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders;
 Prepare functional and requirements documentation, supporting the definition of solutions;
 Define user stories and acceptance criteria;
 Clarify functional questions with the technical team;
 Prepare and execute functional tests;
 Document functional requirements;
 Create test cases and scenarios;
 Validate deliverables against defined requirements;
 Record and track defects (bugs);
 Support the execution of UAT with the client;
 Ensure alignment between client expectations and the delivered solution.
