Key Responsibilities:  Overseeing the entire lifecycle of purchase orders (PO) from initiation to completion. Ensuring all requisition details are accurate before submission. Identifying and resolving errors or discrepancies in purchase orders. Guaranteeing timely issuance of POs to vendors. Monitoring orders to meet deadlines and sourcing alternatives when necessary. Managing inventory levels and stock control. Maintaining strong supplier relationships, handling disputes, and escalating issues when required.
