A leading cleaning and hygiene chemical manufacturing business has exclusively partnered with Woodstock Recruitment to support them in their search for their next Junior Chemist.
You will join a chemistry team that Woodstock Recruitment has had the pleasure of helping build over several years, with a great vibe and working atmosphere, and at a time of further business growth.
What you will do:
* Conduct testing of raw materials, finished goods and first off samples; also ‘bug’ tests and application of identification labels.
* Liaising with Technical department to alert of any problems with raw materials or finished goods.
* Daily calibrations of SG, RI and pH meters.
* Daily calibration of COD Photometer; conduct daily COD testing.
* Responding to emails and/or forwarding to team members as appropriate.
* Managing the Daily Batch Record board, ensuring it is completed accurately every day, and taking & filing a photo at the very end (or beginning...
