Your Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Civil Engineer for our Pickering, ON office.
Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing civil designs, including calculations, construction details and drawings, for stormwater systems, site layout and grading.
- Design work will be executed in a 3D environment utilizing state of the art 3D modelling software to simulate as-found field topography as well as final grading design to demonstrate poste development conditions.
- Ability to perform design, including preparation of calculations, material lists, drawings, technical and construction specifications.
- Reports to department manager and assists in preparation of design estimates, construction costs and proposal submissions.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
