Insight Global is seeking a Junior Configuration Technician to support the launch of a new IT configuration center for a top enterprise client. This role will be part of the initial phase of operations in a 1,500 sq. ft. warehouse workspace dedicated to inventory management and hardware configuration. The technician will work hands-on with a full catalog of IT equipment, following structured processes to configure, deploy, and track devices in support of ongoing projects. Configure and deploy IT hardware including PCs, phones, routers, and peripherals
Fulfill ServiceNow requests based on project build materials
