Junior Corporate Legal Counsel

Overview

Legal Department is seeking a Jr. Corporate Legal Counsel to join the Corporate Legal Team. Key responsibilities of the position are:
· Provide legal counsel and guidance on corporate legal matters, including but not limited to contract negotiations and corporate governance
· Completing daily legal tasks that include monitoring legal and procurement processes
· Drafting agreements, amendments, notification letters and other legal documents
· Collaborate closely with other departments to address legal issues affecting the corporate operations
· Enhance, support, and develop automation and project management processes for the corporate legal department’s operation Requirements:

L.L.B from a top academic institution

2-4 years of experience after internship, preferably from a legal department of a company

A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
