Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification ND / CMA degree/ Advanced Diploma and 3+ years of accounting/finance experience Minimum 1 year Cost Accounting experience in manufacturing environment Advanced daily movement of stock Exposure to Syspro will be advantageous Advanced Excel skills
Responsibilities:
Maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) Assisting in loading of new bill of materials on Share Point workflow Assist Cost Accountant to investigate Bill of Material variances between actual manufacturing in the plant vs what is on syspro Controlling of Stock Co-ordinating monthly stock takes and ensuring accurate capturing thereof (this does occasionally occur on a Saturday) Analysing variances and implementing control measures Balancing and checking warehouses Cycle counts Preparation and processing of Stock Adjustments
