Junior Crewing Officer (0222 November 2024)

Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a motivated Junior Crewing Officer to join our client's team. In this role, you will assist in managing crewing operations for vessels by coordinating crew schedules, processing crew documentation, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.

• Communicate and take instructions from assigned supervisor(s).
• Prepare the ship crew’s employment contracts and joining documents.
• Update MPA on crew changes via DigitalPORT.
• Apply for officers’ licenses via DigitalPORT.
• Maintain crew documents database.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• ITE/Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field.
• Open to candidates without experience; prior crewing or maritime operations education/experience is a plus.
