Junior Developer

My client is a highly successful, £10 million turnover business based in Northampton. They are a product-led organisation that develops and maintains mission-critical platforms central to their clients' daily operations.

They offer a stable, financially robust environment where technology is at the heart of everything they do. My client is currently looking for a Junior Developer with 1–2 years of commercial experience who is eager to take on more responsibility and move beyond basic maintenance tasks.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the IT Director , the successful candidate will be involved in the full software development lifecycle . This includes the design, coding, and testing of core platforms, mobile applications, and customer portals within an Agile/Scrum environment.
