Junior Draughtsman

Skills required: 1-2 years post qualification experience (preferably machine shop exposure) Certificate in Draughting Relevant National Diploma, N5/N6 certification, or degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience with plate work design for underground mining machines, R&D projects Fusion 360 or SolidWorks Must have a good understanding of tolerances and be able to read drawings Duties include: Creating Drawings Setting Measurements Applying Tolerances Bill of Materials (BOM) Generate mechanical designs to relay inforomation to fabrication and machine shops
