Junior Employee Relations Analyst: Policy & HR Insights

Link-Worldwide in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad seeks an Employee Relations Analyst to monitor and analyze HR processes and data. You will provide guidance on dispute resolutions, implement workplace policies, and respond to various inquiries from internal and external entities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and has up to 2 years of experience in HR or Employee Relations. A basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law is required. This is a full-time position in a collaborative environment.
