We, at Travis Perkins Plc have an exciting and varied Junior Employee Relations Advisor opportunity within our highly engaged HR Shared Service Employee Relations team, based in Lodge Farm - Northampton. 

You will assist in managing ER cases and provide effective, efficient, responsive and commercial Employee Relations advice and support over the phone to all businesses within the Group, with a continuous improvement mindset.

This role will be working from our Northampton office 3/4 days a week, with 1/2 days a week working from home.
