Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for C&I Energy Storage Systems, including battery systems, EMS integration, and system architectures
- Work closely with sales teams to translate customer technical and commercial requirements into optimised ESS solutions. This will include, but not limited to:
- Develop technical proposals for C&I ESS projects
- Support tenders and bids through technical solution design, documentation preparation, and technical clarifications
- Prepare compliance responses
- Engage directly with customer technical teams, consultants, EPCs, and integrators to provide timely and high-quality support
- Stay up to date with Australian standards, grid requirements, and compliance frameworks relevant to C&I ESS
