Junior Estimator - Construction

Simpson's Fence (London) Ltd is seeking a Junior Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have some knowledge and interest in general construction, along with good people and time‑management skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This is a full‑time, Mon‑Fri role in a family‑owned & operated London company with a long history and proud reputation for quality and service. Responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding projects Perform site visits to obtain and verify site details prior to bidding or prior to projects commencing Work with senior staff to prepare detailed estimates Solicit pricing from suppliers & subcontractors Review project details & requirements Prepare bid submission documents Perform pre‑construction discussions with installers to verify project details, and communicate with installers throughout installation periods Qualifications
