Junior Field Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Support professional to deliver efficient, high-quality technical support services while ensuring all calls are accurately updated daily and aligned to SLA requirements. The successful candidate will focus on user satisfaction, effective problem-solving, and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site, while maintaining strong productivity and meeting daily call resolution targets. This role requires strict adherence to call management workflows, accurate asset management, proper use of closure codes, and timely escalation of ageing calls to ensure prompt resolution.
