Job Description

• Financial Management &Reporting
  • Manage the full bookkeeping function from source documentation to trial balance.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and general ledgers.
  • Compile monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records using SimplePay.
  • Compile and manage forecasting, budgeting, cash‑flow planning.
  • Manage Statutory reporting, i.e. VAT, PAYE, SDL, CIPC, etc.
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end procedures.
  • Liaise with external accountants i.e., payroll, statutory, monthly and annual reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintenance of fixed asset register and reconciling the assets to the general ledger.
