Job Description
The Junior Foreman supports the Foreman.By leading the dock crew to safely unload and load linehaul and city equipment. In order meet service targets.Leads on safety and compliance to help create safe work culture and compliance to processes.On Forklift as well some manual work is required. Quality Task Audits daily and reporting on any gaps.Reports daily on any equipment issues forklifts and Hand Jacks.Reports daily on any near miss Leadership, able to mentor and lead.Must be able to cover Foreman shifts at time with little notice as well as vacation days etc.Qualifications
